Potato Beef Stir Fry

This hearty meal of potato beef stir fry is easy and quick to make and you can feel free to add in all your favorite vegetables. The potatoes are what soak up all the flavors and the juices of the meat ensuring that every bite is one to remember.
Both potato and beef are the elements that make the most balanced meal. You get both your protein and your carbohydrates. They each have complementary flavors that make this combination one of the best culinary pairings around, no wonder this remains a staple among popular restaurant menus. You can even add your own twist and sprinkle some green onion to taste.
Ingredients
500 grams potatoes
2 cups beef stock
For Beef Seasoning
250 grams beef steak
5 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
One seasoning cube
Vegetable Seasoning
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 tomato
½ large onion
1 mini seasoning cube
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions
In 1-inch cubes, cut your beef while seasoning with garlic and onion powder, paprika, salt, and a seasoning cube.
Cut your potatoes into bite-sized chunks after you have peeled off the skin.
Heat up the oil in a large to medium frying pan or wok, preferably non-stick. Then, fry your thyme and beef on each side for one minute. After it has cooked, add in your potatoes and stock. Cook for about 15 minutes on a high-level heat. While this is cooking, add your peppers and other vegetables as you wish. Add oil and fry your garlic, peppers, and tomatoes separately in a skillet.
Lastly, combine the vegetables with the potatoes and beef and stir, so they are evenly combined.
